year could be a difficult one because you have not just one but two
Grand Crosses in your chart. This configuration of 4 planets is very
stable and often indicates a period in which a pattern is imposed on you
and it is hard to break away from it. It affects your romantic and
social life, your close associations, and your aims and ambitions. Don't
expect things to move quickly.
Neptune
still opposes your Sun, so you are far more sensitive than normal and
you will find your emotions coming very much to the fore and spilling
over into everyday life. Not easy to stay on course because you are so
easily swayed by outside influences and by other people. Dealing with
difficulties may be a problem because you would rather avoid conflicts
or scenes, yet this is not the way to proceed. Action taken now could
prevent a minor problem turning into a major one. You mean well and are
probably going to be even more helpful than you usually are. Sun Virgos
do like to feel useful and are often to be seen helping others. You need
to be careful you don't go overboard because your need to be helpful is
perhaps out of proportion, so you could end up doing an awful lot of
work for little or no reward with the added problem of allowing others
to take advantage of your better nature. Be discerning.
Neptune
adds greatly to this last statement because it lies in your 6th House of
work and service, Watch out for users and don't be too wiling to knock
yourself out for others - you will get little appreciation and you may
even lose out.
Pluto
forms a nice aspect to your Sun, and in doing so begins a process of
change destined to last for many years. Your outlook and even parts of
your personality will change and change for the better because this is a
refining process in which the old and outmoded is shed to make room for
something better.
Uranus
is still in your 7th House, continuing to oppose your Sun-ruler,
Mercury. I think you can expect to have to deal with awkward and
unpredictable people from time to time. Getting co-operation may not be
easy either. You have to be careful not to jump to conclusions or make
hasty decisions. Always take your feelings out of the equation and keep
things calm for best results. Avoid conflicts because they are
very likely to escalate and, in any case, you may well be dealing with
the sort of mind set which is inflexible and not open to reason. Walk
away.
Your
Sun ruler - Mercury - lies at the point of a Grand Cross which places it
under a lot of pressure and creates tension. With both Mars and Pluto
afflicting Mercury conflicts and emotionally unsettling events are
likely. Stay calm and stay in control, that way you can ride this out
