There are two problems: Scammers and Fake Astrologers. 

ALL fakes and frauds use computer reports, but the fact that a site is selling computer reports does not necessarily mean that the person running the site is a fake or a fraud. Yet quite often computer reports, even on legitimate sites, are either disguised, or the fact that they are computer reports rather than the real thing is not mentioned, and I am forced to wonder why this should be. 

The case for computer reports. 

It is said by some Astrologers that computer reports are an inexpensive introduction to Astrology and do give some useful information. I don't agree. There is no substitute for a hand typed report produced by a professional Astrologer. Anything less could be misleading, and it does provide the scammers with inroads into your money. 

The case against computer reports. 

Computer-generated Astrology reports are the lazy man's way to riches, enabling non-skilled individuals to disguise themselves as Astrologers and con the public. The software is easily available - no questions asked - and comes complete with ready-to-go text. It takes someone skilled in Astrology and computers to make them work even reasonably well, but more often than not they are used 'as is', making them virtually useless. They are not, nor can they ever be a substitute for the real thing. 

The list contains: 

Category A: Major scammers operating frauds are listed in Red.  Scammers are just that - they will take whatever they can from you and still come back for more using all manner of lies and inducements. 

Category B: Computer reports being sold but that fact does not appear to be made obvious, so you ought to ask if this is the case before considering a purchase.  Listed in Blue. 

Inclusion in the Blue list does not necessarily mean that an operative is deliberately deceiving the public, only that they sell computer reports but do not appear to make the fact clear.  

The Blue list includes: 

Fake Astrologers  are ordinary people posing as Astrologers in order to make a quick buck by selling computer-generated junk reports, sometimes in bulk. These reports are likely to be of little value. 

Legitimate Astrologers who also offer computer reports but who have not to date made this clear.

It is often difficult to separate the two, but a good guide to a genuine Astrologer is when they offer personal services, such as hand-typed reports, taped reports, or offer to answer questions. 

The list is by no means exhaustive and is being constantly updated - so visit regularly to get the latest. If in doubt, always check with me for an honest appraisal and free advice. 

If there is any doubt you should always check with the site to see if the report you are considering purchasing is in fact a computer report rather than a real one.
